
C.C.T. is a self-defense program that is a combination of Hapkido, Jujitsu, Judo, Escrima, Kick Boxing, Boxing and Military Simulation (MilSim) training. Physical fitness is also a big part of program and with my certification as a Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach, I have attained the tools to help you achieve a fitness level that all MMA fighters are known to have! It doesn't matter if you are a PRO or a JOE, I will help you in your conditioning goals!
C.C.T. is also introducing a new training program for Female and Male actors looking to learn Martial Art skills for upcoming projects. Whether it is for film, tv, web series or auditions...C.C.T. will help you achieve the Martial skills needed to book and get these projects.
